Information on the processing of personal data

This document provides you with information about your rights related to the processing of personal data by the company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Controller").

When processing personal data, we are governed by the legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll.

We handle personal data with due care and in accordance with applicable law. We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible, which corresponds to the technical level of the available means.

The Company has strict rules specifying which authorised person has access to personal data and what personal data they can process. We do not, as a matter of principle, transfer personal data, except where we have consent, are required by law or are authorised to do so by law or legitimate interest.

Purpose and scope of personal data processing

The controller processes personal data in accordance with European Union law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

The controller processes personal data only for the stated purpose, to the extent specified below, for the period of time specified in the concluded contracts or in the relevant legislation.

The Controller processes personal data necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between the Controller and the data subject, for the purposes of the implementation of the business relationship between the Controller and the data subject contained in the contract and for the management of the relationship with the data subject. The Controller processes personal data on the basis of its legitimate interests, as well as on the basis of the legitimate interests of its partners, unless these interests are overridden by the interests, rights or freedoms of the data subject. The Controller also processes personal data for the analysis and improvement of the quality of its services. The Controller will use personal data to create relevant promotions and offers of the Company's products and services. Personal data may be processed manually or by computer.

Basic purpose of processing personal data

The purposes for which the personal data is processed and the legal basis for the processing:

  • processing of requirements and contract preparation, provision of information
  • performance of the contract and provision of services
  • ensuring operational activities
  • accounting and tax purposes
  • debt recovery
  • compliance with legal obligations
  • marketing
  • protection of property and persons
  • archiving as required by law.

By providing your personal data, you agree and give your consent to the processing of your personal data. Please use caution when entering your personal data online. It is your responsibility to secure your passwords and personal information. Your use of this website constitutes your acknowledgement and assumption of these risks.

Scope of processing of personal data:

The Controller processes personal data to the extent that it has been provided to it by the data subject or otherwise collected by the Controller, and processes it in accordance with applicable law or to comply with the Controller's legal obligations. In particular, the following categories of personal data:

  • address and contact data, in particular name, surname, date of birth, birth number, residence, telephone number, etc,
  • descriptive data, e.g. bank account number,
  • other data arising from a specific contract or by law,

Rights of the data subject:

The controller processes personal data transparently, fairly and in accordance with the GDPR. The data subject has the right to access his/her data, to obtain an explanation, as well as other rights if he/she considers that the processing of personal data is not in order. The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

The controller informs data subjects of their rights, which are as follows:

  • The right to know the purpose of the processing of personal data,
  • the right to know the categories of personal data concerned,
  • the right to know the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data,
  • the right to know the period for which the personal data will be stored,
  • the right to require the controller to rectify or erase personal data or to restrict processing and the right to object to such processing,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
  • the right to all available information about the source of the personal data, unless it is obtained from the data subject,
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, where personal data are processed on the basis of consent,

The data subject has the right not to provide the Controller with his/her personal data. In the event that the provision of such personal data is mandatory (either by law or by contract), the Data Controller shall notify the Data Subject that it will not be able to provide its services to the Data Subject.

Processors and recipients of personal data:

The processors and recipients of the personal data that the Data Controller manages are:

  • Suppliers and service providers,
  • financial institutions and banks,
  • state and other authorities in the performance of their legal duties.

Camera system

The premises of the Administrator are monitored by a camera system and visitors to the premises are informed of this. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to monitor the defined premises. The processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, whereby the data subject's consent is not required as the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party and in order to protect the interests and fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. The legitimate interests are the protection of property, the protection of the interests of the Controller and the protection of persons in the monitored premises, the examination of the course of an accident at the workplace, the occurrence of damage, the examination of the circumstances of the theft of items from the workplace, the intrusion of an unauthorised person into the premises of the Controller.

The records from the CCTV system are stored in accordance with the law and internal regulations and are then overwritten in an automatic loop. No audio recordings are made, nor is software used to match certain biometric characteristics of the data subject (e.g. movement or gait characteristics of the data subject).

IP address

An IP address is a specific number that allows the user's connection to the Internet to be identified and is provided automatically by your web browser whenever you visit a website. A visit to the Company's website may result in the registration of that IP address when you access the Company's website. IP addresses are also used to calculate traffic and usage of the Company's website and monitor website usage.
